Workforce compliance for BVI employers, built to hold up.

Governance, engineered as a system, not a scramble.

We find the gaps in your contracts, work-permit records and HR records, then build the documents and controls that close them. Everything we do is grounded in the Virgin Islands Labour Code, 2010 and related law.

Most employers find the gap after it costs them.

A lapsed work permit, an undocumented payroll change and a termination decided before the paperwork existed are rarely three separate problems. In BVI law they're usually one gap showing up three times, because no one person owned it.

We fix that by giving every obligation a named owner and a review date. Ongoing checks will come with our Manage service, which opens later.

Services and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Assess prices are fixed for organizations of 1–20 employees at one location, for the standard scope shown. Larger organizations and all Implement projects are scoped and quoted by proposal. Choose your size and the page updates. Not ready for a compliance engagement? Our HR Documentation Packages are an affordable starting point: standard BVI documents prepared with your company's details, from $199.

How the allowance works.

  • Each contract, policy, permit record, form or other separately reviewed record counts as one document, including each record we select from an employee's file.
  • The document limit and the page limit both apply, whichever is reached first.
  • You send us a list of your documents. We review it before confirming your scope, then choose a representative sample from it.
  • Where evidence is missing, we record the item as "not demonstrated" and explain the limitation.
  • Turnaround starts once the required payment is received, the intake session has been held and we have your complete documents.
  • If essential information from you is outstanding, the deadline pauses and we tell you the revised date.
  • We brief you on the findings before the report is final, and you can send your factual corrections then. The deadline is for the final report.
  • The correction round covers factual errors. New documents, fresh analysis or a reassessment after the review closes are scoped separately.

Not included. Document drafting, policy implementation, on-site inspections, permit applications, investigations, representation before authorities and legal opinions. An assessment reviews a sample of your documents and records. It is not document-by-document proofreading, a certification or a guarantee of compliance.

Maturity and risk are reported separately. Your maturity score is shown beside a list of any unresolved critical or high-risk findings, so a good score never hides an urgent problem.

Your fee counts toward Implement. Half of the core Assess fee you paid is credited toward your core Implement fee when you sign an Implement agreement and pay its first instalment within 60 calendar days of receiving your final report. The credit applies once, and excludes optional extras and refunded amounts.

Urgent findings. Anything critical or high-risk is flagged to you straight away, not held for the final report.

Optional extras
  • Additional document review beyond your allowance
  • An additional location
  • An additional briefing

Optional extras are priced separately and excluded from the core package. You will receive a written quote for approval before additional work begins. Other requests are quoted individually.

How booking works. Request, scope confirmation, agreement and invoice, then your scheduled start. Assessments are delivered in scheduled slots. Your start date is confirmed before payment.

Implement By proposal

We fix what the assessment found, and verify the work. Core Implement engagements start at $2,500 and are priced by proposal, based on the findings and the work required.

Level 1: Compliance Foundation™Employment contracts, handbook and core policies. Typically 2–3 weeks.
Level 2: Governance Plus™Adds HR governance, recruitment and performance management. Typically 4–6 weeks.
Level 3: WCMS™ EnterpriseA working compliance system, not just documents. Typically 8–16 weeks.
What each level includes

Not ready for an Implement project? Our HR Documentation Packages give small and emerging businesses a starting point: our standard documents, prepared with your company's details, for a one-time fixed price.

Level 1: Compliance Foundation. Your employment contracts, employee handbook and core workplace policies, tailored and put in place.

Level 2: Governance Plus. Everything in Level 1, plus an HR governance framework and documented recruitment and performance processes.

Level 3: WCMS Enterprise. Level 3 doesn't just add more policies. It adds the layer that turns them into a working system: a live audit programme, a populated compliance calendar, a maintained legal register, and links between every compliance area.

How a project runs.

  1. Finding. We start from an issue your assessment identified, or a clearly defined need.
  2. Scope. We agree exactly what we will correct or establish.
  3. Correct. We prepare or update the agreed documents and processes.
  4. Your actions. You supply the facts we need and handle approvals, signatures and day-to-day steps.
  5. Verify. We check the documents and processes in your agreed scope for apparent omissions or inconsistencies. Verification covers what we agreed to implement, not other documents.
  6. Complete. You receive a completion summary: what was found, what we did, what remains for you to do, and when each item should next be reviewed.

How pricing works. The prices shown are starting points for a single-location organization of your size. Your proposal sets the documents we produce, the timeline and the final price, confirmed in writing before work starts. Multi-site operations, highly regulated activities, unionized workplaces, international operations and compressed timelines cost more.

How we work

Every engagement runs on the Workforce Compliance Governance Framework (WCGF™), our method for turning compliance from a one-off document into a system someone owns. You don't need to learn it to work with us, but it's here if you want the detail.

The seven compliance areas we cover
AreaWhat it coversMain law

How we measure compliance maturity

The Workforce Compliance Maturity Model (WCMM™) rates each of ten areas on five levels:

  1. Initial. Compliance depends on individuals. Policies are inconsistent and records incomplete.
  2. Developing. Written policies and basic records exist, but most work is manual.
  3. Managed. Standard policies and routine audits make compliance proactive.
  4. Optimized. Monitoring is built into how the business makes decisions.
  5. Transformational. Compliance is a strength that builds trust and resilience.
LevelScore
Not established0–19
Initial20–39
Developing40–59
Managed60–79
Optimized80–89
Transformational90–100

Two rules keep every score honest. Your overall level can't be more than one level above your lowest-scoring area. And any open critical or high-risk finding caps that area, and your overall result, at Managed until it's fixed.

The framework behind the names
  • WCMS™ is the management system: the policies, owners and controls. Delivered through Implement.
  • WCMM™ is the maturity model that scores it. Used in Assess.
  • WCCA™ (capability assessment) and WCaaS™ (compliance as a service) open in Phase 2 alongside Manage.

About FeeKing Konsult

FeeKing Konsult Corporation helps Virgin Islands employers build compliance that holds up under real working conditions, not just on the day a policy is signed.

We work only with BVI-based and BVI-registered organizations, because our method is written around this territory's law, checked against the primary text rather than adapted from a template built elsewhere. We're incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and based in Road Town, Tortola.

Common questions

Do you work with very small businesses?

Yes. Pricing starts at organizations of 1–20 employees. If you're not ready for a compliance engagement, our HR Documentation Packages are a good starting point for small and emerging businesses that want consistency and organisation in employment matters, from $199.

Which assessment should I choose?

Start with the Compliance Health Check if you need to know where your gaps are. The Governance Maturity Assessment is a deeper review with a maturity score and 90-day priorities. We offer it after a short suitability discussion.

Does the assessment fee count toward implementation?

Yes, half of it. Half of the core Assess fee you paid is credited toward your core Implement fee when you sign an Implement agreement and pay its first instalment within 60 calendar days of receiving your final report. The credit applies once, and excludes optional extras and refunded amounts.

How long does it take?

You receive the Health Check report within 10 business days, and the Maturity Assessment report within 15, counted from when your payment, intake session and documents are complete. Implement typically takes 2 to 16 weeks, confirmed in your proposal.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. See our Privacy Notice. Client documents are also covered by the confidentiality terms in your engagement terms.

We're not based in the BVI. Can you help?

Not at the moment. We work only with BVI-based or BVI-registered organizations.
