What We Collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we collect only what you enter into it:

We do not collect anything else. This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no tracking cookies of any kind — see "Cookies & Tracking" below.
Why We Collect It
Solely to respond to the enquiry you have chosen to submit: to understand which service may fit, to prepare a proposal or quote scaled to your organization's size, and to contact you back by the method you provided. We do not use this information for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with any third party for their own marketing use.
Legal basis: your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated.
Who Has Access
Two parties see this information:
- FeeKing Konsult Corporation — the form is sent directly to our business inbox.
- Formspree, Inc. — the third-party service that receives the form submission and routes it to our email. Formspree acts solely as our data processor for this purpose; it does not use your information independently. Formspree's own privacy practices are available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
No one else receives this data. We do not use a CRM, advertising platform, or mailing-list tool that this data flows into.
How Long We Keep It
If your enquiry becomes a client engagement, your information is retained as part of that engagement's records, consistent with the retention terms set out in your Client Engagement Letter (FK-HR-001). If it does not become an engagement, we retain the enquiry only as long as reasonably needed to respond — and delete it on request at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
Cookies & Tracking
This site does not set tracking cookies, does not run analytics software, and does not use advertising pixels. The only external network requests this site makes are:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) — loads the typefaces used on this site. Google may log basic technical request data (such as IP address) as part of serving that font file, under Google's own privacy practices.
- Formspree (formspree.io) — only when you actively submit the enquiry form.
Simply browsing this site does not send your enquiry data anywhere.
Your Rights Under the BVI Data Protection Act, 2021
You have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it for a legal or contractual reason
- Object to how your data is used
- Lodge a complaint with the applicable BVI data protection authority
Changes to This Notice
If this notice changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. We will not reduce your rights under this notice without clear notification.
